The Panelist is willingly providing their services to Tokyo X and acknowledges that participation in a Panel represents a opportunity. Panelists shall not be entitled to receive any form of compensation for their involvement. Tokyo X retains the right to cancel a Panel for any reason, and under no circumstances shall Tokyo X be obligated to compensate the Panelist in the event of such cancellation.

1. ​Panels are scheduled in 30 min or 1 hour blocks to maximize our programming effectiveness. To make the most of this time, panelists should allocate a few minutes for both setup and teardown during their scheduled sessions. 

2. Make sure to give yourself 5-10 minutes for setup. If you need assistance connecting your laptop or tablet to a projector or TV, don't hesitate to ask our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Plan for 40-45 minutes for 1-hour panels and 10-15 minutes to teardown, setup, mic check.

3. As important as starting on time is wrapping up effectively. Please begin wrapping up your panel 10 minutes before the end of your scheduled time, allowing both panelists and attendees to exit the room promptly without delay.

4. Panelist are allowed only one panel per day.

5. Additionally, we ask that panelists take responsibility for removing any trash or beverages they bring into the room. 

6. We understand that meetings may require adjustments, but please avoid rearranging furniture or moving A/V equipment unless discussed with programming team prior. If you must make changes, kindly reset the room to its original arrangement before departing.
