Houston…the idols have landed! Bringing the official preimer of Idol Fest at Tokyo X 2025!

 

Bringing galactic energy to the Space City, idols from all over are here to showcase their skills in song and dance! Join the adventure at Tokyo X Festival and get ready to chant, wave your penlights, and show your idol pride! Hosted by StarryP Productions in collaboration with Tokyo X.

Idol Fest Submission

Requirements

  • All applications are required to apply and must be approved by Tokyo X team before allowed to sell during the event.

    • ADDRESS: NRG Park, 1 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77054

    • DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: April 12th, 2025

    • EVENT DATE: TBA

    • TIME: TBA

    • ​Entry Fee = Free

    • Free to watch the show

    Includes:

    • Team entry 2 day badge for event

    • Stage Time​

  • *** Music Guidelines ***

    • Audio files must be provided by the performer

    • Setlists will be 15 minutes or less.

    • Music must be cleaned/edited (no profanity) - Family friendly event.

    • Music must be Idol themed music

    • Upon acceptance into the competition, a full artist and track title list must be provided prior to the performance with the music.  

    • Discretion will be solely upon the StarryP Production for song choice approval. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to our staff for any questions.

    • Performers will NOT be provided hotel / transportation from hosts or convention

     

    *** Stage Dimensions and Guidelines ***

    • Stage dimensions are 8x12

    • The maximum weight capacity is no more than 6 people on the stage at one time, whether stationary or moving.
