All vendors are required to apply and must be approved by Tokyo X team before allowed to sell during the event.

Refund Policy: All fees paid by the vendor are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, or inability to participate in the event, whether due to unforeseen circumstances, economic factors, or any other reason. By signing this agreement, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that, once payment is made, the vendor has no right to a refund, and that all fees are final and non-refundable. The vendor further understands and agrees that no exceptions, credits, or transfers to future events will be offered, and that all fees paid are retained by Tokyo X regardless of the vendor’s participation or inability to participate in the event.

To ensure a vibrant and original atmosphere in the Artist Alley, all vendors are permitted to sell only the artwork and products they have personally created. The redistribution of another artist's work is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the original artist. We are committed to supporting creativity and protecting artists' rights; therefore, any vendor caught reselling or distributing work that isn't their own will be removed from the event without warning. Your cooperation helps maintain the integrity of our community!
Please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event. We want to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone, so any displays of nudity, pornography, or sexual images are strictly prohibited. Let’s ensure a positive experience for all attendees!
