In order to maintain the integrity of the event, any artwork that is available for sale must have prior approval from the original artist. Vendors are encouraged to provide documentation of approval to ensure compliance with this guideline.

No display of hentai or nude photos or figures are to be displayed at any time, remeber this is a family friendly event

The sell of metal swords, cosplay props are allowed but must stay in the casing which it was sold in. Any vendor who sells live metal object without proper casing will be prohibited to sell any metal objects during the event.

Tokyo X team reserves the right to give vendors warning, any vendor that does not comply will be removed from the event without refund
