Join our food vendor team and showcase your culinary talents in Houston! This is a great opportunity to share your passion for Japanese food with a diverse audience.

Requirements
All vendors are required to apply and must be approved by Tokyo X team before allowed to sell during the event. All food vendors are required to submit a menu that focuses on Japanese cuisine. 75% of the menu must be Japanese themed or will be denied. You are allowed to serve any kind of food from raw to fry food type. Vendors are selected by our team to participate in the event, we look for the best cuisines to join our event.

The venue does not allow any kind of open flames to be used inside of the venue. Vendors who need to use open flame will be given an outdoor space to prepare there food and to be brought inside to serve to customers. Vendors who do cook with open flames are required to carry your own K-Class fire extinguisher.
All Vendors are required to provided there own temporary food permit that can be applied from LINK
Starting 2025 vendors who sell food will not be allowed to sell drinks. Tokyo X will be separating drink and food vendors to allow fair practice to all parties.
NRG Center does not allow the sell of water or carbonated drink products such as (Fanta, Coke, Sprite, Energy Drinks, Gold Peak, Topo Chico, Fuze, etc.) for more brands please select the LINK
