CAR SHOW RULES
**NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must complete the registration process.
Admission fee is $45 for 2 days. The roll-in schedule will be announced at a later date.
Registered Vehicles that are approved will receive
(2) x 2-day pass for the driver and one (1) passenger.
VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL THE PUBLIC IS CLEARED OUT OF THE HALL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
A Few Rules for Competitors and Vendors:

Absolutely no revving and/or burnouts are permitted on the property. If you do so, you will lose all access and be asked to leave the premises.

When driving to and from the event, make sure to follow all traffic laws and speed limits.

No street racing in and around the venue.

Be respectful of the venue.

NO FOOD/ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT.

Be courteous to other drivers.

Do not touch other people's cars.

Your bags and other belongings will be searched by security.

You will be able to get into the venue the next morning to finish prepping your vehicle. Check with our staff to see what time the doors will open.

If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket, payment confirmation, or wristband or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard spectator entry fee **No Exceptions**

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PARKING AND ADMISSION PASSES IN HAND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VENUE.

Giri Giri Entertainment LLC. / Tokyo Night Festival / Tokyo X 2023, its officers, organizers, managers, agents, employees, volunteers, staff, event sponsors, vendors, and contractors will not be responsible for any and all property damage, personal injuries, or even death sustained by car show participants and/or event attendees or car show participants' property while participating in TOKYO X.

Other rules and regulations may be added by an organizer of TOKYO X with no prior notification.
