Ticket & Autograph Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for unused tickets, missed days, or schedule changes.

Tickets are valid only for the dates and times listed and cannot be transferred to future events.

Autograph and photo session sales are also final.

If a guest cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel issues, etc.), Tokyo X will make every effort to reschedule, substitute another guest, or issue a refund only for that specific autograph or photo purchase.

Refunds are not available for changes to event programming, guest lineups, or performance schedules.
-
In the rare event of a full event cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified and provided instructions for refunds or credits.
Cosplay & Attire Policy

Costumes must be family-friendly and not overly revealing.
-
No nudity, hate symbols, or offensive imagery.
-
Shoes must be worn at all times in public areas.
-
Be mindful of large props or costumes that may block walkways, entrances, or exits.
-
Tokyo X staff reserve the right to ask anyone to modify or remove inappropriate costumes or props.
-
Bikinis and lingerie are not permitted as a cosplay outfit
Weapons & Props Policy

No real weapons of any kind are permitted.
-
No metal swords, knives, or sharp-edged props.
-
No functional or firearms or airsoft guns, even if unloaded.
-
No projectiles (nerf darts, arrows, pellets, etc.) allowed inside the venue.

Props must be peace-bonded (checked and tagged by security) at entry.

All props are subject to inspection by Tokyo X staff and venue security.

Violating this policy may result in confiscation or removal from the event.
Bag Check & Security Screening

All bags, backpacks, and personal items are subject to inspection upon entry and re-entry.

Large luggage, rolling carts, or oversized bags may be prohibited inside the venue.

Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed.

Refusal to comply with bag check or security screening may result in denied entry.

Security personnel reserve the right to determine what items are unsafe or inappropriate.

Treat all guests, staff, and attendees with respect.

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.

Follow all directions from staff and venue security.

Refrain from disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or vandalism.

Harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Photography & Media

Photography and videography must ask consent from any attendee before recording or taking pictures.

Always ask permission before photographing or recording other attendees.

Media outlets and influencers must register for press credentials before filming or streaming.

By entering the venue, all attendees consent to being photographed or recorded by Tokyo X media team for promotional and archival purposes.
General Event Rules

All attendees must have a valid badge visible at all times.

Children under 16 and considered minor must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors.
-
Bags and props may be re-inspected at any time during the event.

Please dispose of trash properly and keep the venue clean.
Violation of Policies

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

Notification of venue security or law enforcement

Tokyo X reserves the right to update these policies at any time to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

Animal Policies
-
Pets, including dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and other animals, are not permitted inside the event venue (NRG Center), unless they are registered service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This restriction applies to all indoor and outdoor areas designated as part of NRG Center event grounds.

Service animals specifically trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome.
-
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or comfort pets do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and will not be permitted entry.

Service animals must remain under control at all times, leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless such devices interfere with the animal’s work or the handler’s disability prevents use.

If the service animal becomes disruptive, aggressive, or causes a health or safety concern, Tokyo X staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.

Pet owners or handlers of approved animals assume full responsibility for their animal’s behavior and any damage or injury caused by the animal.

Tokyo X, and the venue (NRG Center) are not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from animals on the premises.

Any attendee who brings a pet in violation of this policy may be denied entry or asked to leave without a refund.

This policy will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
