We are a tent food vendor serving up authentic Vietnamese Street Food. We specialize in marinated and grilled “Meats on a Stick.”  Beef, pork, and chicken. We also make fried pork and vegetable egg rolls and for Tokyo X we will be doing a Viet/Japanese fusion of a Pork or Chicken Katsu. Premium Japanese white rice may be added to any item.
