Exhibitor’s vehicle must be pre-registered before September 1, 2026 , no exceptions. Applications can be found on our website. **NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must complete the registration process.
Admission fee is $55 for 2 days.
Registered Vehicles that are approved will receive
(2) x 2-day pass
Entering for a chance to win $1000 for "Best of Show" decided by HIN
Vechile roll in is from Friday
Judges must have access to all areas of the show vehicle including trunk, interior and engine compartment. Judges WILL NOT open these areas for evaluation.
It is recommended you are available at judging to address any questions presented to you by the judges.
The Car Show Judges decisions are final.
All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show.
Judging of cars are done on a point system
WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR AWARDS.
Awards ceremony time will be on Sunday September 27th, 2026
Contestants under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian present at the cosplay competition to sign a waiver in order for that contestant to compete in the cosplay contest.
Absolutely no revving and/or burnouts are permitted on the property. If you do so, you will lose all access and be asked to leave the premises.
When driving to and from the event, make sure to follow all traffic laws and speed limits.
No street racing in and around the venue.
Be respectful of the venue.
NO FOOD/ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT.
Do not touch other people's cars.
You will be able to get into the venue the next morning to finish prepping your vehicle. Check with our staff to see what time the doors will open.
If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket, payment confirmation, or wristband or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard general admission fee **No Exceptions**
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PARKING AND ADMISSION PASSES IN HAND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VENUE.
NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED, OR LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT
