Omakase Reserve is a one-night-only collaborative dining experience bringing together four local Houston chefs for an immersive tuna-focused tasting event. The evening centers around a live whole tuna breakdown, where chefs will utilize every part of the fish to craft their own omakase-style creations, highlighting technique, creativity, and respect for the ingredient. Each chef will present three signature dishes, served as part of a flowing buffet-style tasting.
In addition to tuna-driven dishes, guests will enjoy an elevated seafood bar featuring oysters, shrimp, and crab, alongside sushi, refined appetizers, and chef-curated bites throughout the night. Complimentary sake tasting will be available to pair with the menu.
To complete the experience, guests will enjoy a live samurai fighting performance while chefs prepare dishes in real time, with a live DJ setting the atmosphere—blending culinary artistry, culture, and entertainment into one unforgettable evening.

Attendees with Drink access will be provided with endless sake tasting provided by COAM Beverage.Coam Beverage, will present an immersive tasting experience featuring six or more different styles of sake. Guests will have the opportunity to sample and compare a variety of profiles,
highlighting the regional differences, craftsmanship, and depth of flavor that define Japanese sake culture.

Kaz and Toru are professional samurai performers and martial artists who specialize in realistic, choreographed sword-fighting scenes inspired by historical combat and classic Japanese cinema. Their performances combine precision sword techniques, dramatic storytelling, and theatrical movement—creating an immersive experience that captivates audiences of all ages.
More than a fight demonstration, their show is a high-energy, interactive spectacle designed to entertain, educate, and transport guests into the world of the samurai. Expect powerful clashes, disciplined movements, and unforgettable moments as they bring Japan’s warrior spirit to the stage.
