Where and when is TOKYO X being held?
TOKYO X will be held at NRG Center, Hall D on Saturday, June 17 from 12PM to 10PM & Sunday, June 18th from 12PM to 7PM. The address is NRG Park, 1 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77054. You can find details on our event page! 


Is there parking onsite?
Parking is handled by the NRG Center and they will be charging a parking rate of $20+ tax per space at the gate. Cashless payment ONLY.

What does the general admission ticket give me?
Your GA ticket grants you entry into TOKYO X and includes access to all of our stage programming, car show, free play ALL DAY arcade, interactive photo spots, vendors, and martial arts demonstrations. All food and merchandise is purchased separately from each individual vendor, please keep in mind that most vendors will accept cash, credit, or contactless payment, but it is at their discretion.

Is re-entry allowed?
Depending on the purchased ticket type, re-entry will be permitted.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are FINAL. Read about our refund policy here. 

I am unable to attend. Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you may! We will be allowing ticket transfers until the event is over. If you have questions for this process, please email the ticket support team at tickets@universe.com.

What are your event's terms and conditions?

Will your event be wheelchair accessible?
YES! We take pride in doing our best to make our event as inclusive and accommodating as possible for all to enjoy! Our hosting facility is ADA compliant and will offer wheelchairs for rental at the medical office near our entrance.
